Allow the blossoms, herbs, and oils a few minutes to release their valuable fragrances and active ingredients into the approx. 38°C warm water. Then enjoy your bath in a sea of flowers for about 20 minutes. Breathe deeply, as the salt-infused steam cleanses the respiratory tract, has an anti-inflammatory effect, and promotes blood circulation in both the skin and the lungs. If you prefer not to have blossoms in the tub, you can use the enclosed cotton sachet like a tea bag. For one bath, we recommend 50–100 grams.
Cleansing & clarifying active ingredients
Nettles are a highly potent medicinal herb, packed with vitamins and minerals. They have the ability to flush out accumulated waste products. Their circulation-boosting properties help to cleanse and detoxify the body. In addition, nettles are anti-inflammatory, soothe redness and irritation, and thus contribute to a more even complexion. This bath contains nettle leaves and seeds.
This aroma bath contains not only ground ginger but also essential, highly potent ginger oil. It promotes blood circulation and stimulates metabolism, enabling the skin to better eliminate toxins. A more active metabolism simultaneously supports cell renewal and helps cleanse the skin from within. Additionally, ginger has a strong disinfectant effect, which particularly benefits blemished or oily skin.
Salt baths are known for their soothing and healing properties. They help relieve stress and strengthen overall health. The sea salt provides the skin with minerals and increases its resistance. It binds the skin's own moisture, has a detoxifying and at the same time cleansing effect.
