(2) The competition organizer is Saint Clouds GmbH & Co.KG. Data collected by Saint Clouds GmbH & Co.KG will not be passed on to third parties for data protection reasons. Saint Clouds employees and their dependents are not eligible to enter. Participants over the age of 18 who live in Germany may take part in the competition. The task for participation will be announced in the respective competition post. The corresponding competition starts with the publication of the article and ends on the date specified in the article.

(3) The winners will be notified in writing. By participating, you agree that if you win, we will contact you with a private message on Facebook or Instagram to inform you and, if necessary, to request further contact details (e.g. for sending the prize). Winners must contact us within 5 business days to provide their address, otherwise the prize will be awarded elsewhere. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is not possible. The prize can only be claimed after the addressee has responded within the above-mentioned period. The winner will be selected at random and will be drawn from everyone after the closing date for entries. The legal process is excluded.
