Give the blossoms, herbs and oils a few minutes of time to release the precious and fragrant active ingredients into the roughly 38 °C water. Then enjoy your bath in a sea of blossoms for 20–25 minutes. Breathe deeply, because the salt-laden steam clears the airways, has an anti-inflammatory effect and promotes blood flow in the lungs. Anyone who doesn’t want blossoms in the tub can use the enclosed cotton bag like a teabag. We recommend 50–100 grams for one bath.

A bath with birch leaves has an activating, detoxifying, and skin-tightening effect. Furthermore, birch has an anti-inflammatory effect and can soothe skin blemishes and irritations. Lemon balm and calendula relieve stress and have an activating and firming effect on your skin.
Citric acid regulates the skin's pH value and acid mantle. The latter is balanced, stabilized, and strengthened. Vitamin C is not only important for building and maintaining the skin's protective barrier and for wound healing, but also for intact and elastic connective tissue.
Salt baths are known for their soothing and healing properties. They help relieve stress and strengthen overall health. The sea salt provides the skin with minerals and increases its resistance. It binds the skin's own moisture, has a detoxifying and at the same time cleansing effect.
